These are the "Rolls Royce" of domestic Solar hot water systems, and do not require solar collectors on your roof or any form of booster!
There are 2 models:
The 264-SS is ideal for up to 4 people in a 2-3 bedroom 1-2 bathroom home. (up to 5 people if on day-rate)
The 327-SS is ideal for up to 6 people in a 3 - 4 bedroom, 2-3 bathroom home. (up to 8 people if on day-rate)
The 327-SS also has an additional special port for ring-main return line, now recommended for most homes to save water and energy. (see SK-RMP)
They have marine grade *stainless-steel tanks, coupled with best "24hr solar" performance available - recovery rate of 100Lt/hr @ 20oC, and can be operated on the off-peak tariff
*Stainless steel tanks made by Everlast in Dandenong VIC have 10yrs warranty. The heat pumps are imported and have 4yrs warranty on the compressors - thats at least double the warranty of any other that we are aware of.

Main features:
- Due to its very low energy input and high energy output, (COP) it has a very low ongoing cost of operation. Typically it costs around 15-25c/person/day to operate, more hot water for less heating cost than any other system, including solar hot water systems and a huge saving on traditional electric systems.
- Ease of installation - NO ROOF MOUNTED COLLECTOR PANELS! (simple to install) No need to install a tank or panels on your roof. These models have a locally made stainless steel tank unit, and a separate heat-pump system, with "quick-connect" fittings and are designed to be installed outside at ground level. This means that installation costs are lower.
- No need to be installed in direct sunlight. Because it extracts heat energy from the air, it produces low cost hot water 24hrs/day 365days/year - even at night and when it is raining.
- No boosting is required. This means that you do not have to worry about running out of hot water, or leaving a booster switch on for too long.
- Long life Marine Grade Stainless Steel tank (10yr warranty) - ALTERNATIVE FOR BORE WATER USERS

Why we don't use solar boosters with heat-pumps!
These systems are inherently very efficient at absorbing solar energy in the form of heat from the air. The minimal additional savings that could be achieved by adding solar panels or evacuated tubes simply would not justify the increased cost or effort of manufacture, supply and installation.
